Private, 1-on-1 Yoga, specialized for your body and goals.

Come into communion with your Spirit, with synchronized breath and movement.

Enter into a state of calm, presence, and feel the altered Yogi state after a session with Steph. Depending on what you’d like to experience from your practice, we can find a Yoga style that best suits you. This is an empowerment practice — you can go home and continue your own ways of moving with the Yogic principles that impact all areas of life.

Steph facilitates styles of yoga like:

  • Vinyasa: flow style, skillful sequencing, Sun Salutations. Move through a variety of poses, with a theme in mind, like Balance, Heart-Openers, Grounding, etc.

  • Yin: holding poses for 3-5 minutes, with props like blocks and bolsters, in stillness, to find deep stretches of the connective tissue, at your edge. This style of yoga infuses TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and its understanding of meridians to further serve the Self, holistically

  • Restorative: finding comfortable poses that allow you to relax deeply, with props like bolsters, blocks, blankets. NSDR (no sleep deep rest) is a popular meditative technique that organically finds its way into Restorative style yoga. Find a nervous system reset, as we melt into poses with props that support our rejuvenation.

  • Strength-building Yoga: imagine sculpting the body with Yoga poses - that’s what this is. Fuel your inner fire with core activations, small ankle and hand weights, balancing poses, and pulses. Very similar to Pilates but with more flow involved! You will definitely sweat.
