Yes, you should meditate - once you realize anything is a meditation, that's when you are like…Oh! Of course. I already meditate. So yeah. Not only are you honing in on a skill, workshopping it for a few minutes a day, and meeting a group of new people, you’re also understanding those new people’s personal lives at a deeper level, with accountability partners that change every week. You are also doing something different and new, which will fire up your brain with dopamine. A healthy form of dopamine?! Yay!!
We meet once a week for a group meditation, to check in on what you are learning in your own practice, and what your partner that week is teaching you by way of theirs. At the end, we collect in person to discuss our intention and next steps, and to meditate, with a sound bath.
